Welcome to Scale Coworking. By accessing, using, or occupying our workspace, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure a productive, respectful, and secure environment for all members.

 

1. Membership & Access

  • Membership at Scale Coworking is personal and non-transferable unless approved by management.

  • Access is provided only during the agreed hours of your plan (e.g., regular or 24×7 access).

  • Members must carry their access credentials or ID at all times and must not share them with non-members.

  • Scale Coworking reserves the right to deny entry or revoke access for policy violations.

2. Use of Workspace

  • Workspaces (hot desks, dedicated desks, private cabins, and meeting rooms) are to be used solely for business and professional purposes.

  • The member shall not engage in any illegal, immoral, or disruptive activity within the premises.

  • No loud music, offensive language, or harassment of any kind will be tolerated.

  • The workspace should be kept clean and organized at all times.

  • Any damage caused to property, furniture, or fixtures will be charged to the responsible member.

3. Visitors & Guests

  • Visitors are allowed only in designated meeting areas and must be registered at the reception.

  • Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct.

  • Unauthorized or overnight guests are strictly prohibited.

4. Security & Confidentiality

  • Scale Coworking maintains CCTV surveillance for safety and monitoring.

  • Members must ensure the confidentiality of their data and belongings; the management is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items.

  • Sharing or tampering with network or security systems is prohibited.

5. Internet & Equipment Usage

  • High-speed Wi-Fi and shared equipment (printer, scanner, etc.) are provided for professional use only.

  • Members must not misuse or engage in heavy downloads, streaming, or any activity that disrupts the network.

  • Installation of personal routers, access points, or electrical devices requires prior permission.

6. Pantry & Common Areas

  • Pantry facilities are shared; please use them responsibly and keep the area clean.

  • Food waste and garbage must be disposed of in designated bins.

  • Common areas (lounges, waiting zones, etc.) are meant for casual use and not for conducting prolonged meetings.

7. Conduct & Behaviour

  • Respect other coworkers, staff, and property at all times.

  • Discriminatory, abusive, or aggressive behaviour will lead to immediate termination of membership without refund.

  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

8. Maintenance & Utilities

  • Scale Coworking will ensure regular maintenance, housekeeping, and utility services.

  • Planned maintenance or service interruptions, if any, will be communicated in advance.

  • Members must not modify or install any fixtures, partitions, or signage without written consent.

9. Payments & Dues

  • Membership fees are payable in advance as per the billing cycle.

  • Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of access.

  • Security deposits, if applicable, will be refunded as per our Refund Policy after final clearance.

10. Termination & Notice

  • Either party may terminate the membership with 30 days’ written notice (unless otherwise specified).

  • Scale Coworking reserves the right to immediately terminate any membership in case of misconduct, non-payment, or policy breach.

  • Upon termination, members must vacate the space, remove all belongings, and return access cards.

11. Liability

  • Scale Coworking shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage arising from use of the workspace or facilities.

  • Members are advised to maintain their own insurance for personal and business equipment.

12. Amendments

  • Scale Coworking reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be communicated via email or displayed on the premises.

13. Acceptance

By using our facilities or signing a membership agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions and Space Usage Policy.
